In GMN, we need all leaders to use the NAN form in the new Digital System. To access this, log in to the new system here, then come back to this screen and click here. Then expand each of the three headings (click on the "V" to open the sections) fill them out and click [Submit].
Once it's all done, please send an email to your DLV to let them know that it's done. If you don't do that, it may take 7 days before they are notified.
